Why We Still Show Up in Person
Last month, we made the trip to Invermere to visit one of our longtime clients, Om Organics. We talk a lot about connection at Swtch, but being on-site with the people behind the brands we support takes that to another level.
Om's studio is tucked between the mountains and the lake, and you can feel that grounding energy in everything they do. The moment you walk in, you notice it, how calm and focused the team is, how intentionally each step of their process is carried out. From the way the raw ingredients are handled to the final packaging, there's a level of care that doesn't always translate over Zoom.
This visit wasn’t about a campaign brief or a formal strategy session. It was about making space to connect. To ask deeper questions. To listen. We got to see new products in the pipeline, peek at lab samples, and sit around the table talking about where Om is headed next. And something happens in those moments, ideas get sharper, collaboration feels more natural, and the strategy starts to shape itself.
We left with clarity, but also with that intangible spark that only comes from being face-to-face. This is the kind of work we love to do. Rooted in real relationships. Built on trust. And always aiming to create from a place of meaning.
